Our team has over 8 years of experience in managing administrative operations. We've worked extensively in General Practice, handling various tasks and responsibilities. We understand how demanding the work in GP practices can be, and we know the unique challenges they face every day.
Because we’ve been involved in primary care processes for years, we know exactly what practices need to run smoothly. We believe that to offer the best training and support, it’s important to truly understand the GP environment and its pressures.
We are available for projects across the UK and are experts in using EMIS, Docman, and SSO. While we are skilled with these systems, we’re always excited to take on new challenges and learn other software to meet your needs. We also understand how to meet QOF requirements and use SNOMED coding.
We’re happy to train your staff to use these systems effectively, helping them improve their skills and boost efficiency in your practice. We also offer consultancy services to support quality improvement projects. To stay up-to-date, we regularly attend training sessions and share best practices with the primary care community, ensuring you get the best service possible.
